Once you have submitted your property listing and we have received payment, your listing will be published. Payment options will be included within your registration email.

For a limited time, all real estate agents can list their properties for FREE! Follow these easy steps and in no time you will be listing your properties and taking advantage of all Property.co.ke has to offer.

Step-by-step For Agents

If you are an agent that is associated with a company, please submit your company name as "company XYZ" and your agent name as "company XYZ Limited".

• First, if you are an agent that is associated with a company, you need to submit your company details to us. When your company information has been added, we will send you a confirmation. If you are an independent agent, you can skip this step.
• Next, you need to register.
• After you submit your registration, you will receive an email requesting you to verify that you did in fact register. Simply click on the link provided within the email.
• Now, you're ready to list your property. Go to the main page and login using the username and password you provided to us upon registration. Once you are logged in, you should see the Agent Menu at the top of the left-hand navigation column. If you have submitted your company information, you must wait for confirmation that your company has been added before you add any properties.

Featured Listings

To list your property in our "Featured Properties" section, sign up using one of the above methods. Once you are registered and have logged in, follow the "Listing A Featured Property" instructions under the Property Listing Help Menu, which will be visible just under the Agent Menu once you have logged in.
